Excuse me, everyone. My name is Ciel. To those of you who don't know me... an associate of mine was recently manipulated by the individual calling himself Megatron. This individual was modified with a chip that caused him to... perceive events around him as the actions of someone hostile.
Copy... Mega Man X is currently recovering, and I have been working to restore him to normal operating procedure. Any information on this "Megatron" and his motives, and perhaps insight as to why he did what he did to X would be helpful.

And, um. On an unrelated matter... to the DATS Branch in Neon City... I would like to loan my services to your organization as an R & D agent, working towards helping DATS with tools and technology. I feel I should do my part to help keep the peace in this world.

Well, I'm more or less well now, and I suppose it's time to pick up where I left off.
Like I said last time, I've managed to create a program that can hopefully neutralize the effects of the virus in Zero. However, it's not a certain thing, and without viral samples, it can't really be tested or simulated.
So, for that reason, I've created several copies of my program, and if we ever need to make a second effort, we can work from there.
As for dealing with Zero himself... I spoke to Harpuia, and he has some ideas regarding that. So I'll leave him to field them.

Everyone, I've completed... *cough* I've completed the rudimentary anti-viral program that may help us free Zero from the Virus. As I've said before, I based it upon... upon my timeline's Mother Elf...
Unfortunately I... *cough* I can't test it without a sample... this will either work on Zero or it won't...

Hello everyone. My name is Ciel, and I... well, it wouldn't be accurate to say that I'm a new arrival. I've been here for some time already.
My partner's name is Kudamon, and she has been very helpful in getting me acclimated to my surroundings. I understand there is some sort of... epidemic, at work here? My sympathy goes out to everyone who has been affected by this, of course.
As far as our purpose goes... I hope to help in any way I can.
